Taking the Jump
There is more and more research on the areas of prevention of Alzheimer’s disease and other diseases. One of the major area is research how adding new things to your life can increase brain activity.
When do you try something new? its so easy to talk about wanting to try something new, anything! How do you try something new? Why should we have a bucket list? How easy is it to read articles about trying new hobbies? The language is always funny - its never too late to try!
So, to start something new and or change a habit. Pick something specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time based. An example, I want to learn how to cook! Pick one dish that you like to eat, google the recipe, decide when you will shop for the ingredients, decide when you will cook and eat it, determine a date by which you will complete this. it will be more likely to happen.
