Why??

I’ve been thinking about and exploring with friends and family for some time the ideas, and themes about aging, and moving along positively, optimistically, and practically in the next step of life. Please note, I am not some Pollyanna that thinks all this is easy, but I do think there are ways to have the right resources to know you are making good choices for yourself and your family through these steps in life as we spin around the sun.

I am well suited to explore this because I am a woman, who just turned 40 and see and hear the reflections of my piers. I also work in senior housing and daily work with the adult children who are trying to help their elder loved ones as well as the seniors who they are advocating for. I have a front row seat on three separate generations of folks traveling through life.

I hope to be able to share the reflections, the fun, the resources that help all these folks in the moment. Hope you enjoy.
