Who is your doctor and what is their phone number
What is the name of your medication, and what is your dosage
What is the name and phone number of your pharmacy
Can you start keeping some incase of a problem? Its worth talking to your doctor about this or keeping a stash when your medication orders get changed
These simple steps can help you if you find yourself without your medications. Its also helpful to know that many large pharmacies also can transfer your prescription in their system. So if you find yourself in a new town without your medications, you can order onsite from the location you are nearest to.
